RoutemarkTeam service

Routemark for teams: the terms of the service

Last changed: 2026-10-14.

The short version

  • Routemark the software stays free under the Apache License 2.0. These terms are for the paid service at routemark.ai that a team connects its machines to.
  • The service receives facts about delegated work from machines that hold a key, and shows them to your organisation's admins. It never receives your code.
  • You pay per person, per month, after a thirty-day trial. You can cancel at any time.
  • Nothing on anyone's machine ever stops because of the service: not when it is down, and not when you stop paying.

Who we are, and who you are

The service is run by Saar Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. "We" and "us" mean Saar Inc. "You" means the organisation that subscribes, and the person who accepts these terms for it says they may do so.

What the service is

A machine that holds one of your keys sends the service a summary of the work Routemark delegated in the projects that name your organisation. The service keeps those facts and shows your admins:

  • the ledger: your organisation's figures, by person, team, project, and harness and model;
  • the record of each merge: for each merged task, who reviewed it and with what verdict, how its checks ended, and the commit it landed on;
  • the queue: runs that are judged and have no verdict, and runs waiting on an answer;
  • a notice by email when a delegate's spend doubles what your record has seen.

What the service is not

  • It is not a certificate. The record says what Routemark merged and where, as each machine reported it. It never says a review was right, and it permits nothing.
  • It states facts and names no cause. It never ranks people, never averages across them and never orders them by a figure.
  • It is not a backup of your work and holds none of it.
  • It is not needed for the software to work. The free package does everything on one machine without it.

What the service never holds

Your provider keys or any login. Your code, your diffs, your file names. A task's contract, a delegate's questions or answers, any log. A task's text, unless a project says in its own file that its task text may be sent. A member's key is kept only as a hash: we cannot show it to you again.

Each member can read on their own machine exactly what is sent, before and after it is sent.

Keys and people

A key is for one person in one organisation. That person may use it on several of their own machines. Do not share a key between people: the record then cannot say whose each task is, which is the thing you are paying for. The ledger states from how many machines each key sends.

You decide who holds a key and you can take one back at any time. A key that is taken back can send nothing more.

The trial

Your trial is thirty days from the day your first key is made. It happens once. We ask for a card when you make that first key, and we tell you then what will be charged and when. We email you before the trial ends. If you cancel before it ends, you are charged nothing.

What you pay

The price per person per month is the one shown when you subscribe.

  • Your month starts on the day your trial ends and runs to the day before that date in the next month.
  • After each month we count the people who held a key on any day of it. Each is charged once, however many keys they held and for however many days. A lost key replaced for the same person counts once.
  • Nothing is prorated and nothing is refunded for part of a month.
  • If you cancel, you are charged once more, for the month you cancelled in.
  • Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes we are required to collect, which are added.
  • We never charge a fee on tokens, and we take no payment from any model provider.

An organisation we have agreed is a pilot is not charged while that agreement stands.

If a payment fails, and if you stop paying

If a charge fails, our payment processor retries it for about two weeks and emails your billing contact a link to put it right. During that time nothing changes.

If you cancel, or every retry fails, your organisation is no longer subscribed. From then:

  • the service refuses what your machines send, and says so on each member's console. The work on those machines is not affected in any way, and the facts stay on them;
  • everything already received stays readable by your admins for 90 days;
  • we email your admins 30 days and again 7 days before it is deleted;
  • if you subscribe again within the 90 days, everything is kept and what waited on the machines arrives by itself. There is no second trial;
  • after the 90 days, everything of your organisation is deleted.

We do not pursue an unpaid month.

What we keep, and for how long

While you are subscribed we keep each task's facts with their history, each attempt's numbers and the latest summary of each machine. The body of an older summary is deleted after 30 days; that it was received, by which key and when, is kept.

You can remove a person's name: it is replaced by a neutral label wherever we hold it, their email address is deleted and their keys are taken back. The work they did stays in your figures under that label. This cannot be undone.

You can close your organisation at any time: everything of it is deleted at once. Export your record of merges first if you want it.

Two things outlive a deletion: invoices, which we must keep by law, and copies in our database's backups, which age out within the backup period stated on the privacy page.

Your part

  • You have the right to send us the facts your machines send, and you have told your people that their names and the facts of their delegated work are held by the service.
  • You keep your admins' sign-ins and your keys safe, and take back a key you believe is lost.
  • You do not use the service to break the law, or try to read another organisation's record.

Our part

  • We keep your organisation's record apart from every other's, and show it to your admins alone.
  • We use it to run the service for you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
  • We tell your admins without undue delay if we learn that your record was read by someone it should not have been.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The service is provided as it is. These are early releases: it can be unavailable, and it can have defects. We do not promise that it is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Saar Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes, law and how to reach us

When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and we email your admins before a change that matters takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Apache License governs the software on its own terms.
